Kinetic Chain Release
This is our main therapy for musculoskeletal issues. Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) Brings the body back into balance using gentle stretches and joint mobilisations, Helping muscle and joint issues as well as stress and anxiety amongst other things.
Holistic Therapies
Our holistic therapies offer the best way to relax and unwind. By the end of 2021 we will offer 10 different types of massage and I'm sure more will Be added over time, but we have something for everyone.
Beauty Treatments
This is the pampering side of or business. Offering a wide range of treatments from brow lamination, Classic lashes to waxing and tinting to luxurious manicures and pedicures. If you like a pedicure ask Amy About the luxury spa option where she uses paraffin wax.
Laser Treatments
We have a new Elight and NDYAG laser which can perform treatments such as laser hair removal, pigmentation and vascular treatments, tattoo removal, carbon facials and fungal nail treatments. Check our treatment lists to see where you can save on multiple sessions.
Radio Frequency Treatments
Our Radio Frequency machine has been hugely popular since its arrival. Using heat and suction our radio frequency machine can be used anywhere on the body, and used for wrinkle removal, skin tightening, fat reduction, stretch mark reduction.
Training Classes
We are in a great location in the central belt to now offer training, And we have something for everyone. From massage to advanced techniques, facials, dermaplaning and gel nails. We also offer beginners Massage to see if this is a career you would like to follow or would like to learn how to do massage on friends and family.
